Privacy Policy for Fumo Cigars
Introduction
We accept payments thru PayPal which accepts debit & credit cards
All of our products are listed in USD.
Some of our clients have their own preferred shipping companies and prefer to organize their own shipper. For those who wish for us to find a shipper, after you place your order, we check for the best international shipping rate for getting your purchase to you. We will E-mail you the best available rates and if they are suitable to you we will organize the parcel to be shipped to you. The price of shipping will then be added to your order and payment requested.
On some occasion that you receive a faulty cigar, we will happily exchange the item or process a refund. All items that have been deemed faulty must be received back in their original packaging within 7 days. Once your item has been received, we will process your refund or exchange. If your item is faulty please contact us on sales@fumocigars.com with photos of the faulty cigar(s) and one of our friendly staff would be delighted to assist you.
